
Gaststube Restaurant – traditional Swiss cuisine
Creaking wooden floors, panelled walls, and low ceilings: In the cosy Gaststuben, you will experience pure Switzerland – and not just in the interior, but also on the menu. You can expect not only classics like Zürcher-style veal strips but also dishes with international influence – prepared with high-quality, regional products. Here, traditional Swiss specialities are served paired with Züri-Hell beer and Swiss wines.

In addition, from Sunday, 5 October 2025 until Sunday, 19 October 2025, our entire gastronomy will remain closed due to maintenance work on the cooling systems.

Breakfast on Lake Zurich
For our hotel guests, we also offer a “refined Swiss breakfast” – fresh and regional, sweet and savoury, available in the Sonnengalerie either as a buffet or à la carte.



Wine culture
Our wine list offers a selection of wines from renowned growing regions in Europe, with a clear focus on Switzerland. Particularly noteworthy are white wines from Valais, Pinot Noirs from the Bündner Herrschaft, and specialities from Lake Zurich. These wines reflect the diversity and terroir of our country.
