Autumn and Winter at the Boutiquehotel Sonne Küsnacht-Zurich

Küsnacht, 5 October 2026: Sonne Küsnacht-Zurich presents its autumn and winter programme for 2026/27.

Turkey or Goose “to go”
From 11 November to 31 December 2026, Sonne Küsnachtoffers festive classics for takeaway. Guests can choose between a stuffed turkey and a stuffed goose for four people, with or without side dishes. Orders must be placed online or by phone at least 48 hours in advance. The poultry is freshly roasted and ready for collection, or can be delivered for a surcharge. At home, it simply needs to be served following the instructions provided. Price for 4 people from CHF 200.00.

Thanksgiving Dinner in the Gaststuben
An evening dedicated to togetherness: on 26 November 2026, Boutiquehotel Sonne serves a classic 3-course Thanksgiving Dinner in the Gaststuben. The menu costs CHF 82.00 per person, excluding drinks. Reservations are recommended.

Winterzaubergarten
From 19 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, the Seegarten, a self-service restaurant open during the warmer months, is transformed into a winter landscape. With winter decorations, punch and mulled wine, the Winterzaubergarten becomes a meeting place in Küsnacht every Saturday and Sunday from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Families and groups can play games such as boccia, giant Jenga and cornhole. A riddle trail sends children on a voyage of discovery. And on Wednesday, 2 December 2026, the Samichlaus will visit from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

Christmas and New Year’s Eve on Lake Zurich
For Christmas and New Year’s Eve, Restaurant Pavillon, opened in June 2026, and the Gaststuben serve festive menus. Vegan versions of the menus are also available. Reservations are requested. The newly designed space combines dining, lounge and bar, oriented towards Lake Zurich. The kitchen is led by David Lange, who previously worked with Michelin starred chef Heiko Nieder, among others. After dinner, the integrated bar invites guests to round off the evening with winter drinks.
