Every single dish exemplifies our chef's preference for high-quality products, sourced locally if at all possible, and with an authentic taste experience. Our master chef is convinced that food that tastes good must also look good. Many dishes thus take on the appearance of miniature works of art, both to the connoisseur’s eye and to the discerning palate.
